Fibromyalgia Resources
Living with FMS is hard and we need all the support we can get! The World Wide Web is big and offers so much information it can be overwhelming. I’ve done a lot of searching, and these are some of the websites that I think you will find most helpful.
This online community has been supporting fibromyalgia patients since 1988. The sight offers over 2,500 articles and abstracts relating to fibromyalgia, as well as bulletin boards, chat rooms, and an online store with nutritional supplements, books, cds, exercise DVDs and more.

This fun community offers light hearted, but educated support for the daily difficulties of living with fibromyalgia. Sign up for their daily newsletter, and receive encouragement right to your inbox. Share your personal story and the treatments that have worked for you. This is a great way to connect with other people living with FMS.
Sometimes an online community isn’t enough! Connecting with real people in a personal setting may be just what you need to start overcoming. This link will help you find a local support group near you:
